Okay, new story I wrote for a friend of mine as an early Christmas gift. Had the idea churning in my head all last night and I sat down this morning and banged the whole thing out in about 45 minutes. Please enjoy and provide feedback if you wish.
As Curious as a Cub at Christmas by Ashwin Rabbit cgdameskin@yahoo.com
Snow trickled from the dark sky, turning rooftops and lawns a brilliant shade of white. Normally, a large percentage of the populace would groan about their upcoming morning commute while cubs would peer out of a window hoping to hear the magic words on the television the following morning, “No school.” But tonight was different – tomorrow was Christmas and with most people having the day off work and most cubs already being on winter break, the snow falling was regarded differently, promising the much ballyhooed but rarely attained “White Christmas.”

Just haven't had much to say and I haven't been writing much as of late. Seems I've stumbled into a form of writer's block where I can see the events I want in my head, they just can't be expressed in words. Aargh!
Anyway, just a quick update. Later, everyone. |
